Alhamdulillah, I had a wonderful Umrah experience with ILM Tours. The entire team took great care of the jemaah from the beginning until the end of the trip, allowing us to focus on our ibadah with complete peace of mind. The accommodation was comfortable, the itinerary was well organised and easy to follow, and the ukhuwah among the fellow jemaah was truly one of the highlights of the journey. The ILM Tours team’s dedication, patience, and sincere service made this Umrah a memorable and spiritually enriching experience. I would definitely recommend ILM Tours to my family and friends. A few constructive suggestions that could make future trips even better: -It would be helpful to have more flexibility when selecting flight seats, especially for families or those with personal preferences. -If possible, sending the next day’s itinerary by around 2:00 PM would allow jemaah to better plan the rest of the day, manage their personal ibadah, and get adequate rest before the following day’s activities. -Having one or two additional staff members from the Singapore team could provide even more support and assistance to the jemaah, especially during busier periods. Overall, I am very grateful for the care and effort put in by the entire ILM Tours team. For a newly established agency, ILM Tours has already demonstrated a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for its jemaah. With time and continued experience, I am confident the team will only grow stronger and deliver an even better Umrah journey. Umrah with ilm tours was nothing short of special. The entire team provided excellent care and comfort to the jemaah for the entire trip. We were updated on the daily events timely, hotels were excellent with close proximity to the haram, meals were well provided for even when  on the journey in the bus and transport was extremely comfortable. Ustazah Shameem made it a point to get to know her jemaah which made the journey feel very personalised, and her tazkirah at each landmark brought out the soul of these blessed places. It was also wonderful to go up to the top of uhud and pray maghrib in jemaah tgthr, to climb jabal nur and explore the surrounding area and exhibition and to see Masjid Quba at night. So even if we have gone to these places before, it still felt like a new experience.There was also enough free and easy time given which made the tour feel very well paced. I found the merch given very practical and of wonderful quality too such as the sling bag (which i now carry to work!), an excellent cabin bag, khimar, prayer mat and even a tahallul scissors kit. Alhamdulillah, I chose ILM Tours for my 10th spiritual journey to perform Umrah, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Ustazah Shameem, Mr. Hadi and the entire ground staff in Singapore for their outstanding care, professionalism and dedication throughout the journey. It was my first time staying at Jabal Omar Hotel. Although it's a slightly longer walk to Masjidil Haram, I enjoyed the quieter surroundings and less crowded atmosphere. In Madinah, visiting Masjid Quba in the evening was peaceful and memorable. Another highlight was going up Mount Uhud by GMC, where we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Masjidil Nabawi and performed our Maghrib and Isyak prayers at the summit, an unforgettable spiritual experience. May Allah bless the entire ILM Tours team for their sincere efforts and grant them continued success in serving duyufurrahman. Highly recommended for anyone planning their Umrah. Alhamdulillah ala kulli haal 🤲🏻✨ I had the privilege of performing my third Umrah with Ustazah Shameem, and this time it was with Ilm Tours, her newly established travel agency. Having travelled previously with much larger groups, I can confidently say that this intimate group of 23 jemaah set an exceptionally high benchmark. The 10-day itinerary was thoughtfully curated, striking the perfect balance between ibadah and rest. Nothing felt rushed. We had ample time for personal worship, exploration and simply soaking in the tranquillity of the Haramain. What impressed me most was how every decision was made with the well-being of the jemaah in mind. Ustazah Shameem and Mr Hadi genuinely cared for each and every one of us. Even the ziarah timings were adapted to the weather conditions, allowing us to comfortably visit and pray at blessed sites such as Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain and Jabal Uhud. The tadabbur sessions and reading of Surah Al-Kahf together added a beautiful spiritual dimension to the journey. Another unique blessing was being able to welcome Awal Muharram in the Haramain and experience the warmth and hospitality extended to the hujaj. Truly unforgettable. This trip was made even more special by the presence of Ustazah’s parents and four children, who brought so much joy and warmth to the group. They were a testament to Ustazah’s remarkable ability to balance motherhood and service to her jemaah. Her dedication, attentiveness and genuine care for everyone never wavered. Another meaningful gesture was the personalised vanity set gifted to each jemaah. A keepsake we can continue to bring along on future journeys to the Haramain. I was also blessed to be paired with a wonderful roommate and that companionship made the entire journey even more meaningful. Beyond the places we visited and the ibadah we shared, this trip allowed us to forge beautiful ukhuwah and friendships that will forever remain close to our hearts. Before returning home, we made a brief stop in Jeddah to admire the Red Sea and enjoy some free time. For a newly established agency, Ilm Tours has exceeded all expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the sincerity and excellence shown throughout the journey made it truly unforgettable. Special thanks to the amazing team in Singapore, whose hard work behind the scenes ensured that everything went smoothly. Your efforts certainly did not go unnoticed. Judging by the smiles, gratitude and beautiful memories shared throughout the journey, I am certain that many of our fellow jemaah feel the same, if not more. It was the most memorable experienced for me. Despite the set back of not able to continued with the tour planned. Mr Hadi the manager did all his best to make sure we were taken care of, working endlessly to find the solution logistically & physically. Mr Hadi & uztazah sharmeen along with their assistants Sakinah & Farrah did their best to make our stay in Qatar very comfortable & they make sure we stayed closed as a group. Ramadan trip to Masjidil Aqsa and holyland. We're still processing the wild ride that was our trip to Jordan for Jerusalem 😅. My husband and I were on the plane when the pilot announced we'd be turning back to Doha due to the USA-Israel attack on Iran. Talk about a nightmare! We were stranded in Doha with no clear timeline home. But ILM Tour stepped up BIG TIME. As their first trip as a travel agency, they handled the crisis professionally and impressively. They were calm, responsible, transparent, and reassuring for our group. Their leadership and ability to keep 32 people calm in a very stressful situation and bringing us back to rememberance of Allah and HIS will is no mean feat. Working non-stop with their Singapore team, they got us home ASAP via Riyadh and Jeddah. And here's the kaiser - they covered ALL additional expenses for alternative flights, hotels, and visas. No fuss, no calculations, just pure ease 💕. ILM tours has exceeded expectations in our book. After 11 days of uncertainty, we're home safe and sound. What started as strangers ended as family 🙏. Missing everyone already! A huge thank you to Ustazah Shameem, Mr. Hadi, and the ILM Tour team in Doha and Singapore for their tireless efforts. You've made a tough situation bearable. 😊 May Allah reward all of you for your hard work and dedications. Almost Al Aqsa 1.0 hahahaa.. thats the name we gave to our trip. We didnt get to Al-Aqsa as planned but what Allah teaches us in this trip is  a lesson of sabar, redha and ukhwah. Alhamdulillah ala kulli haal.. Insyallah there will be Al Aqsa 2.0 and we are looking forward for it. To ILM Tours, never give up. Almost Al-Aqsa 1.0 💚 I travelled with ILM Tours for their Aqsa Ramadan trip, but due to conflict and airspace closures, we were stranded in Doha and Riyadh for about 11 days. Even in such uncertainty, the team’s care and dedication never wavered. Ustazah Shameem and Mr. Hadi did everything they could to ease our fears early, patiently answering every question from the group and keeping everyone calm and motivated. Mr. Hadi also handled our luggage issues, coordinated with authorities, arranged accommodations, organised the bus to Riyadh, and secured our flights home. Sakinah and Farrah looked after all 28 of us with tireless attention, while the ILM Tours team in Singapore worked relentlessly behind the scenes to bring us home safely. Their care and dedication turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into a journey filled with support, laughter, and camaraderie. And the best part? We were never hungry. Hehe... Somehow, in the middle of all the chaos, we always had full bellies and happy hearts! Even on their very first trip after approval to operate, their crisis management and professionalism were extraordinary. Though we didn’t reach Al-Aqsa, we felt safe, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend ILM Tours for their genuine care, dedication, and heart for their jemaah.
